Now the engine is on machineshop...

What do you do with the Motorblock ?

The bore will be + 0,5mm and hone on stress plate. Crank, rods and pistons will be balanced, arp main bolt kit so crank line must be hone. They will also intall bottom end (pistons, crank, rods, bearings). I dont want to play with those, because of tolerance...Compression should be around 11,6 or 11,7:1

Sharp teeth show correct:

Sprockets teeth lines up.

Also dampers mark is on correct.

Pistons are like this on those marks:

Cams are correct position:

Upperchain, lower sprocket:

Didnt found any info on this, but maybe its correct.

I turned cam sprockets to inlet way, like to open bolts.

Lets hope this is correct.

Thats true, but its difficult to find correct words for german. Well i think chains are correctly installed, but it would be nice if someone could confirm this.

But in germany we only get 3 pulleys....

Its bracket (holder) for electric water pump. I bought just tension and waterpump pulley. Didint want to replace damper or alternator pulley or go underdrive steering pump.
